DMX may have had the last of his legal troubles in Arizona resolved through a deal that will dismiss the most recent charges bought against him.
An anonymous source reportedly told Allhiphop.com that the rapper negotiated a plea deal on Tuesday (June 2) through which a judge will dismiss the felony attempted aggravated assault charges he plead guilty to.
The charges stemmed from an alleged incident between X and guards at the Arizona jail where he was being housed.
As previously reported by Yo! Raps, X was serving a 90-day sentence for animal cruelty, fraud, and drug charges.
He was released on May 14.
At press time, X had released no official statement, but confirmed his return to music.
